PBWorks User Interface Really Works

I started using PBWorks when its name was still PBwiki (which at that time means peanutbutter wiki - I forgot the story behind it). I still remember I was with Xlibris at that time -- so that must be like 3 or 4 years ago. Of course, compared to how it looks now, it was crude back then but it works.

Last year, I got back to it for my freelance writing stint -- this time its official name is PBWorks. I used to save the articles I created. So I can access my articles online easily -- wherever I am: home, work, coffee shops. What struck me most at that time is how they arrange their Help page -- it was organized and 'intuitive.' I actually tried to copy how they organized their help page for the User's manual of the application I worked on last time.

So now, on my new task, I reacquaint myself again with PBWorks. And, wow! It simply blows me away. Every thing is just nicely put -- from a tech dodo's point of view. It simply looks relax.

And, the part I always love about them -- Help page.

This will be a nice 'template' or reference for web application design.

  1. Rose,

Glad you like the new PBworks interface! We work hard on making things simple. We don't always succeed, but we always try!
