TinaPay.com is a simple no-frills invoicing tool, which you can use for your businesses, freelance or side projects. It is easy to set-up so even if you are not tech-savvy, you can use it without getting lost.
Once you are registered to TinaPay.com, you can get started by going to the Settings to create the profile of you company, and your payment gateway. One thing about TinaPay.com is that it integrates PayPal to its system already, thus setting up your payment gateway is just one step and you're done.
The workflow design of TinaPay is quite well-thought that you will no longer grope as to what to do or set-up next. So after you create your company profile, you will then automatically be asked to create a record or
profile of the businesses / companies / clients you will be invoicing under People.
profile of the businesses / companies / clients you will be invoicing under People.
Then, after creating a client profile, you will then be brought to the Invoices so you can create an invoice for the client you recently created.
After creating the invoice, you can then send it via email, print it, edit or whatever you want to do with it.
Easy to use, right? Then from the Dashboard, you will have a summary of all transactions / invoices you created -- which invoice you still need to send, which are due, and which are still open. The Dashboard can easily let you keep track of everything.
If you wonder how will the Invoice sent out to the clients. Following is how an invoice looks like when received by the client. It has a quick link to the PayPal account you set up with TinaPay, thus your client can easily send their payments.
TinaPay.com is created by a Filipino developer, Eladio Caritos, who is now based in New York, USA. If you are someone who has a business / organization, or has freelancing projects, or you simply need a quick tool for invoices which is free, TinaPay.com will be your bestfriend. Sign-up and use TinaPay.com for no-headache sending and tracking of invoices, and receiving payments.
Cool! I'd like to use this but I don't see how they could keep the service up without charging! I wonder what the catch is.
ReplyDeleteit's still on beta so maybe that might be the reason why it's free.
ReplyDeletebut just my assumption -- maybe TinaPay.com will go for a Freemium subscription model, where they will still offer a free subscription but maybe limit the number of invoices you can create, or limit the number of companies / clients you can create. =)
I suggest you should try it. =)
